A native of Texas, Keith Garcia was born in Houston, attended Rice University, and completed a combined MD/Ph.D. program at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Garcia pursued residency training in Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where he remained as faculty until 2010. Dr. Garcia relocated to Austin to continue his academic career with the Dell Medical School and Seton Family of Hospitals. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Garcia has cared for patients with co-occurring substance use and psychiatric conditions across the spectrum of treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. In 2017, Dr. Garcia left academics to start his own practice and has been the Medical Director for multiple inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. Dr. Garcia is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the ABPN. He has published over 20 articles and chapters across a wide range of topics, and has provided mentorship to numerous resident psychiatrists and students, but is most rewarded by working with a team to provide in-person psychiatrist care to patients.
A native Texan, Ally DeGraff was born in Lubbock to a military family and has lived all over the world. She attended Texas Tech University where she completed her undergraduate degree in Community, Family, and Addiction Services and her clinical master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy. Dr. DeGraff earned her doctoral degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia where she studied the intersections of mental health, couples' relationship health, and financial health. She has worked in the mental health industry as a clinician, researcher, administrator, consultant, and professor. She has published on the topics of couples health, provided mentorship and supervision to training therapists, and assisted in opening and operating mental health clinics across Texas. In her spare time, Dr. DeGraff enjoys camping, gardening, listening to music, and reading non-fiction books.
Rachel Garner was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Southern Oregon University and returned home to Oahu where she received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Since then she has worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings in Hawaii, California, and Texas. She began her career working with pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women in recovery from drugs and alcohol. Over time her scope expanded as she worked with young children experiencing trauma and toxic stress. Eventually, she expanded to adults of all ages struggling with behavioral health challenges. Rachel moved to Austin in 2016 but has practiced in the behavioral health field for over 12 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kiddo, being outdoors, and mentoring training therapists.

Delaney Maxwell is originally from California and moved to Texas for college. She’s a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University where she focused on psychology, theology, human development, and research in parenting and child development. Her clinical master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy was earned from Texas Woman’s University where she focused on systemic family therapy, marriage counseling, and individual psychotherapy. Delaney has experience providing treatment to adults and adolescents ages 11+ in various clinical settings including traditional outpatient, group therapy, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, agency settings, and private practice. Her experience includes working with individual, couples, family life challenges, interpersonal conflict, self-esteem, emotional regulation, recovery from abusive relationships, eating disorders and process addictions, substance use/abuse, and mood disorders. Delaney enjoys reading, rom-coms, thrifting, and spending time with her puppy and husband in her spare time.

Leah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate from Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Winona State University and her clinical Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. Leah has worked in several settings including hospital, non-profit, outpatient, and crisis programs. Leah works with couples experiencing high conflict, relational adjustment, emotional difficulties, and intimate partner violence. She enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ populations and non-traditional relationship structures. When Leah isn't being a therapist, she loves spending time with her husband, attending music festivals, and being outdoors.

Sarina Lal grew up near Chicago, Illinois, where she earned her B.S. in Psychology at the University of Illinois before pursuing her Master's in social work at UT Austin. She has worked serving marginalized populations, including survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and students. Believing in the inherent worth, potential, and uniqueness of each individual, her focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients are empowered to recognize their strengths, come into their authentic selves, and courageously navigate life's challenges. Sarina works with children, adolescents, and adults and offers play therapy and parent coaching. Her goal is to work alongside her clients by offering understanding and collaboration in the therapeutic setting. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, cooking, painting, and spending time with loved ones.

In their free time, they enjoy camping, hiking, playing volleyball with friends, and are currently learning to crochet.

Michele Wieckowski grew up in Austin and worked for 17 years in the real estate industry before going back to school for nursing. She completed her Associate degree at Austin Community College and her Bachelor degree at Capella University. Michele worked at several Austin area psychiatric facilities and medical hospitals before following her mental health passion to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she obtained her Master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the ANCC. While in graduate school, Michele worked as a sub-investigator on a research project evaluating wellness activities by nurses to improve mental health and presented a research poster about using trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals with substance use disorders. Michele values understanding where clients are in their mental health journey and helping navigate all the possible treatment options available, using evidence based practice and shared decision making. To balance her work life, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, 2 adult children, 4 grandchildren and her mother; taking walks to the lake near her home; and listening to live music.
Karishma Arya grew up in Houston and moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is currently studying to earn her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas State University. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, reading or watching movies, and hanging out with her cat.
